Just doing the usual project managerial work in the software industry did not interest me anymore. Being a project manager for 7years with various MNCs, I was not satisfied enough with what I had achieved and wanted to take up a challenging goal for myself.

I always understood that a successful entrepreneur is one who can remove obstacles to people which will make their life easy and enable them to spend their time in achieving their vision in life. One of the key obstacles I noticed was the pain faced by people to get their laundry done either on their own or thru the unorganized laundry market. I also noticed the only other option was to get it done at premium outlets who charged a very high price and there was no option left for people to cater to the mid segment. This let me envisage the WashBuddy Laundromat concept which is an idea that clicked. With more than 6000+ customers built over a short period of time with most of the customers being repeat customers it speaks a lot about our commitment to deliver. We already have the largest chain of laundromats in Bangalore and looking to expand much faster to take the extraordinary customer experience to many more customers in the future.
